State of the Village

Village President Charlot will provide an update on the Village of Lake Bluff.

Family:  Married to Leigh Ann and they have two children, Emma & Tad.

Village Resident:  Since 1996.

Education:

• B.S./ Diplome d’Etudes Universitaires Générales, Mathématique, Physique, Chimie, Université d'Angers, France
• M.S., ISTIA / Maitrise de Sciences et Techniques de l'Innovation, Electrical Engineering, Université d'Angers, France
• M.S., Computer Science, Loyola University of Chicago, Chicago

Occupation:  Retired / Enterprise leader & enterprise architect in software engineering and Medical Informatics.

Community Involvement:

• Lake Bluff Village Trustee (2019-2021);
• Lake Bluff Yacht Club Member (2014-present);
• Boy Scout Troop 42, Treasurer/ Committee member and Assistant Scoutmaster (2016-present);

Hobbies and Interests:  Engineering & Information management, skiing, running, sailing & woodworking.

• Economic development & fiscal sustainability;
• Sustainable community development
• Stormwater management
