Graduated Income Tax

The program will be a discussion concerning the Proposed Constitutional Amendment proposed by Gov Pritzker to enact a Progressive Income Tax, giving the Illinois Legislature the power to control the state income tax rates moving forward, and negating the previous existing limitations. A fair amount of money has been allocated by the Governor to promote a yes vote to this amendment. Our program will talk about the history of our tax rates and what this amendment would and could do our state finances.
