Alexandra Schneider, Visitor Service and Program Coordinator – History Center of LF-LB
The History Center of Lake Forest-Lake Bluff is a state-of-the-art history museum in the heart of Lake Forest.  The History Center plays an important role in the community by collecting photographs, archives and objects of our past that tell our story. Alex plans to offer programs of interest to the broader community related to Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Historical topics, and matters of concern to North Shore and other Chicago-area subjects.  Local social clubs, including Rotary, are encouraged to upload photos and other archival material into the Center’s website for permanent storage.  Programming is open to the public.  Local schools have used the center to introduce students to our local heritage – while teaching the importance of saving relevant documents for posterity.
