Improve Communication and Teamwork by Recognizing Behavioral Styles

Zbig is President of Skiba Associates, which Helps Teams Work Together to Get Things Done. In his first management role, Zbig struggled with soft skills and lacked the support he needed to improve. That experience remains vivid—and drives his commitment to helping others. Zbig is deeply committed to helping his clients achieve professional and personal growth through team alignment workshops, hiring support, and soft skill coaching. Zbig has an MBA from Kellogg and a degree in engineering.

Zbig is a also proud Rotarian and member of the Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club. He currently heads up Trees for Evanston Parks, a club effort which has planted almost 200 trees in the past 2 years.
Zbig will serve the club as President in 2020-2021.

As Rotarians, we enjoy getting together and working to make the world a better place. That said, aren't there some folks we get along with well, and others who occasionally rub us the wrong way? It may be due to different behavioral tendencies and communication styles. This presentation is based on the DISC behavioral profile methodology.
