Mark Glennon is the president of wirepoints.org, a taxpayers’ fiscal watchdog of Illinois and its local governments.  They generate daily email bulletin with a compilation of articles and research about the perilous fiscal condition of Illinois and its local governments.

A former attorney and investment banker, he is now devoting full-time to this, along with a colleague, Ted Dabrowski.
