The Discipline of Resiliency

In this presentation, Bob, explores the concept of resiliency in both individuals and organizations, despite sometimes horrible and traumatic circumstances, both individuals and organizations can return to levels of equilibrium, and, importantly for many, also use the learnings in the situations as platforms to rise higher and go further.
